Benefits for our Employees

We offer a competitive benefits package to meet the diverse needs of all employees and their family members.

Medical Plans: A competitive medical PPO plan with a low deductible plan and extremely low co-pays for primary and specialty physicians.

Dental Plan: Comprehensive Dental PPO Plan. No Employee premium contribution required. Premiums paid by KSH Solutions Inc.

Vision Plan: This plan provides eye exams and discounted eye wear. No Employee premium contribution required. Premiums paid by KSH Solutions Inc.

FSA: Medical ($2,500 annually) and Childcare ($5,000 annually) allowances.

Retirement Savings Plan (401k and Roth IRA): Employees may contribute pretax through a traditional 401(k) or through a Roth IRA plan.

Company Provided Life and AD&D Insurance: $100,000 Life and AD&D insurance policy provided to the Employee by KSH Solutions, Inc.

Supplemental Term Life and AD&D Insurance: You may purchase additional Life and AD&D coverage up to $300,000 (Guarantee issue rate of $200,000 to all employees). 

Voluntary Dependent: You may purchase life insurance for your eligible dependents for up to 50% of Employee voluntary coverage elected.

Company Provided Short Term and Long Disability: Paid 100% by the Company.

Other Supplemental Policies Available: Whole Life, Specified Disease, and Accident Insurance for the entire Family.  

Education and Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 annual reimbursement.
